If the inner cushion is accidentally punctured, the nylon cover can be opened and the inner cushion may be repairable using suitable rubber repair materials. Inspect the repair carefully before reuse.

You have the statutory remedies that apply if the product is defective or does not conform to the contract. Any separate commercial guarantee is additional to those rights and applies only on the terms expressly stated. Damage caused by misuse, overpressure, heat or sharp objects is not in itself a product defect.
Maximum pressure is 0.2 bar. Inflate only to the height necessary to support the vehicle correctly.
Yes. The Carpillow can be inflated with a standard air compressor or tyre inflator. Fit the supplied valve extension before inflation.
Unscrew the valve extension to release the air. Do not pull the Carpillow out from underneath the vehicle until it is completely deflated and lies flat.
For faster deflation, a standard vacuum cleaner can be used by holding the nozzle over the valve.
No. Rubber and nylon can be damaged or melt on contact with hot components such as the exhaust.
Wait until the engine and exhaust have cooled sufficiently before positioning the Carpillow.
No. Do not start the vehicle while the Carpillow is underneath it. Heat from the exhaust can damage the product.
