The challenge of long-term vehicle storage

When a vehicle remains stationary for a long time, its weight rests continuously on the same areas of the tyres and suspension. Over time, this can contribute to tyre flat spots and prolonged static loading of the suspension.

The CLAS Carpillow supports the vehicle during storage

The Carpillow gently lifts and supports the vehicle from underneath, reducing much of the static load on the tyres and suspension.

It is typically inflated so that the tyres still have light contact with the floor, keeping the vehicle stable while reducing the load.

The CLAS Carpillow is simple to use and suits a wide range of vehicles

Traditional storage on blocks or axle stands normally requires a jack and careful positioning at the vehicle’s lifting points, which can be time-consuming.

The CLAS Carpillow slides underneath the vehicle while flat and is inflated only after it has been positioned centrally, making it suitable for many low sports cars as well.

Setup typically takes only a few minutes with a standard air compressor or tyre inflator. Always follow the user guide and never exceed 0.2 bar.
